ATTENTION FIRST-YEAR CONFIRMATION STUDENTS - There will be a mandatory One ‘Ohana gathering on Sunday, May 23rd at 12noon in the Church tent. Any questions, please contact John Paul Nardelli.
We are preparing for the May One ‘Ohana gathering. It will be held at 12noon on Sunday, May 23rd. As usual, we will begin with lunch after the 11am Mass. This month, we will modify our approach to provide more help to the parents with children from Grades 1-5.
Our One ‘Ohana topic for May will be peace and non-violence. Violence has become such a part of our lives that some people become immune to its existence. We read about it in newspapers; see it in movies, video games and television shows; and some of us live with acts of violence in our families every day. It is our responsibility as parents, teachers, and faith community to provide a safe environment for our children. |
